The best thing about desk360 is that it provides me a single dashboard from where I can monitor my customers across channels such as social media, email and live chat. At first it was bit difficult to use but now everything is becoming much easier. Also, sometimes when I send a ticket or message in one channel it gets displayed in another. I recommend this software to those who are looking forward to providing excellent customer service. I am able to provide excellent customer service to my clients by using desk360 as it helps me to monitor their activities across various platforms including social media, emails and live chat. Nothing in particular that I dislike about this software except it has been around long enough now where we don't need new features anymore! We are able to handle many more requests/tickets than what our previous tool was capable of handling without any problems or issues at all from us being overwhelmed by too much work coming through compared to managing everything ourselves before using desk365.
