Review on SwingAway 3-Bike Rack For 2" Receiver By Surco - Enhance Your Biking Adventures by John Carter

I bought this bike rack thinking I wouldn't have any problems, but after 3 months the area that turns the bikes to sway away started to tilt. I e-mailed surco but after a week with no reply I called, the so called owner said he never had this problem before and said that the bolt and nut that holds this unit could never come apart but I have one, I expected he would send me a new one but he wanted me to send it back to Cal (I'm in RI) so they could fix it. As I am traveling I would have no time to wait for them to fix it and send it back. That didn't seem to bother him as he said the only option would be to send it back (not a option to me). I am writing this because I have two bikes no where to put them, I'm on the road for another 3 months with a bike rack that might fall apart. Please DO NOT buy from this company, bad customer support if you can call a shouting match good for customer relations. I would never buy another product again.
