When I used this inverter to charge some low power devices, I couldn't hear the fan voice at all. At first I thought the machine was broken because I thought it was normal to hear the fan's voice due to heat dissipation. So I was suspicious of the product at first, but when I charged the coffee maker the fan came on. After several tries, I found the design of this product to be excellent. The low-power product didn't generate much heat, so the fan didn't have to run. Instead, more power is needed and the fan noise isn't that loud either. That too is commendable. In general, I think the designers get the highest scores in this regard.
