Media could not be loaded. So I make some aluminum prototypes. I use routers and create template fixtures to guide myself. The trick I've found is to use slower speeds, use a slower feed rate, and never try to shoot too much. Example: With this 1/2" (.500") drill, I find it useful to divide the drill diameter by 4 to cut material. For this bit, 0.500 (1/2 inch) divided by 4 = 0.125 (1/8 inch). So I start from there with a 1/8" depth and 1/8" material cutout. Works perfectly! I post videos on other beats, I've tried it too.
