The ability for my team members (in our contact center)to be able update information at any time of day or night without waiting until there was an open agent available has been key! Also being updated daily with what calls are coming through from clients/customers as well if they have questions about account issues etc which we can then quickly address when speaking directly wtih them over phone / chat would otherwise take days!! Nothing really but glad I found this product so far :). I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the system. It really has helped us with our customer service department. The only thing I dislike about this software is the fact that sometimes you have to wait for a few seconds before you can see what you are typing or speaking. We are solving the problem of increasing efficiency and improving customer service.
