Waste of money. I literally threw it in the trash after trying to get this crap to work. Not only could the screw not be loosened without the use of additional tools, the damn thing did NOTHING when you turned the lever. It doesn't matter if they are tight or loose, I had to manually insert and remove the snake from the tubes. Even then, the sink was never cleaned. So we call the plumber after hours of swearing at this stupid thing. Do not buy. To be honest I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews about it. just don't do it.
