I like that they have very quick response time to any issues we may encounter. They are always just at your beck and call when you need them! We don't ever feel alone or unheard in our calls as there's so many people listening over the phone. It feels like everyone has been trained to help us out in every way possible. So far nothing really. Just make sure you know what you want before calling for support. If it isn't quite clear then be prepared to spend some extra money up front - otherwise you could end up paying too much later down the line. Their customer service team will guide you through everything step by step.
