Great company to work with - highly recomended

We have been using zietas for some time now in connection to our SAP ERP system at work, it integrates very well (we use both cloud version as also local installation). Some of their support staff are not so proficient but otherwise I would say that they're doing great job overall! They do provide good customer service which we can count upon - just make sure you go through all offers given by them first before signing up any agreement or contract- this could save your headache later if…

  • Proactive attitude towards client needs/requests is really appreciated.
  • Good understanding &amp ; responsiveness within short turnaround times,
  • Very flexible pricing model compared eith competitors' solutions , Great experience dealing directly wih technical representatives / account managers ,+ Ease handling issues via email without havingto call someone everytime., + Easy accessability online portal etc

  • Not much feedback received form end users yet due too small user base thusfar

Great Customer Service & Excellent Products

I like that they have very quick response time to any issues we may encounter. They are always just at your beck and call when you need them! We don't ever feel alone or unheard in our calls as there's so many people listening over the phone. It feels like everyone has been trained to help us out in every way possible. So far nothing really. Just make sure you know what you want before calling for support. If it isn't quite clear then be prepared to spend some extra money up front - otherwise…
