Review on Xact TeleSolutions by Walter Day

I like that it is very easy using, has many features which are helpful in my daily job of data entry/management as well customer support center assistance manager at our branch office located near downtown Chicago Illinois area! The only thing i dislike about this software was not being able too use other applications besides just xacts such as outlook or any desktop programing language so therefore cannot access them from within the application itself; however there's ways around by creating shortcuts but still would be nice if we could have more options available when accessing these programs through out system. It makes things easier especially since all information can easily stored into one place instead having multiple spreadsheets etc., also saves us time because now everything will automatically update once saved rather than needing constant updates throughout day-to-day activities. Also allows me to organize files better due its ability to create new folders according specific needs without constantly changing folder names over again! We've realized benefits including saving money & resources.
