When my husband and I moved into a new house with new hardwood floors, I was convinced that our house also needed a new broom that would be better at removing dust and lint that had accumulated our last house. My husband spent 45 minutes looking for brooms on Revain before finding this one. What I like about this broom: 1. It has a telescopic handle and can be short enough for both my kid and my 1.80m husband. This handle also makes this broom easy to store. Easily penetrates furniture.3. The bristles are rubber, safe for my wooden floors, and can be vacuumed or washed.4. Using this broom seems easier and smoother than sweeping with my old broom. I've used it both as a push broom and as a "pull broom".5. The bristles can be used on carpets to remove hair. I don't have any pets but my daughter and I lose a lot of hair and this broom collects them all. The broom is not perfect. It does not sweep corners easily. The telescoping handle sometimes doesn't hold up as well as I'd like, although it mostly happens when I'm working hard to get my hair out of the carpet. If country of manufacture is important to you, this broom is clearly not made in the USA. And I would like the broom to be a different color than gray and green, but these are minor things. Overall, however, this broom is an excellent product and its advantages outweigh its disadvantages. A previous reviewer for this product called it "the most exciting broom you will ever use". I absolutely agree. Now I sweep every day and I guarantee you I've never done this before.
