I like that it's easy to use for both newbies as well experienced users (I'm one of them).
The support team are very helpful if you have any issues or questions about using beesio in your daily work environment at telco level! It can be frustrating when there isn't enough space left after allocating certain amount from our budget/planning stage but they do update us regularly with what we need next time round so not too concerned about this yet - maybe once more products get added then things will change? We're solving problems such as data wastage due totne poor planning within my department.
