The hub controller is rubbish

If you plan on using them for more than the 3 fans that come with the kit, don't worry. The aRGB/fan control is absolute junk. They don't have controller specs or recommendations. There is no website to search for anything. The hub controllers have 7 ports for fans and argb and 3 of the hub controllers are burned out for me. Part of the fan still worked, but aRGB blew on 3 sets of controllers. With 6 of their fans and 1 aRGB LED strip. Since they didn't have any others in stock the only option was to remove all the fans and return them for a full refund and I spent 5-6 hours removing all the fans, swapping them out and rewiring my entire system administer . Or eat up the cost and buy a new hub controller from someone else. What I did. I bought a basic 12 port aRGB controller hub and it works fine. The UpHeres controllers were down for over an hour. So if you plan to have more than a couple of aRGB fans, don't buy them. Edit: I ended up leaving the fans. Because the hassle of buying, swapping, and swapping fans wasn't worth the frustration and time. With the money I saved on the purchase I bought an aRGB controller hub. 12 ports, no frills, just a tried and tested basic hub for around $18. It worked flawlessly and has been working for a few months now. Since the fan control part still worked on my hub, this was the option for me. So I have a low quality UpHere aRGB hub that just runs on fan control and power supply. And another aRGB controller and it worked great. Buy cheap aRGB fans, but expect to buy another hub if you run more than 3 fans.
