I like that you can choose to have your captions read aloud, or not. This is very helpful for those times when it's difficult to hear someone speak in person. Sometimes the text doesn't seem to translate well into speech so they don't always match up perfectly (which takes some getting used too). It would be nice if there were more options available for selecting how long each word should stay spoken before moving on to the next one. Also, sometimes the words are repeated multiple times because of transcription errors, which makes it hard to understand what people are saying at first glance without hearing them again. We use this service to help with our clients who do not have access to assistive technology devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
