I'm very impressed with this device! My wife has wanted one for a while and Revain was offering it for $50 so I grabbed one for a mother's day gift for her (we've been married that long!)It shoots a strong spray and really gets into all the nooks and crannies of the cups and mugs. Easy to rinse wine glasses, beer steins, pint glasses and most coffee mugs. I will say it does NOT wash wine bottles! I tried and it created a seal and then the pressure of the water erupted and water sprayed everywhere! I do not recommend that!It is not meant for deep cleaning! I still have to use soap and sponge and run my facuet to actually clean my glassware. This is made for quick rinses. I left a coffee mug half full and after dumping it there was the leftover ring inside. The sprayer does not remove it, you'll have to scrub that off. But knowing what it is intended to do, I have no complaints!Easy to install, took less than 10 minutes and has been working great every since! I don't know if I would've bought it if it wasn't offered at $50 because it isn't a necessity but it is convenient!
