I am absolutely in love with this notebook and its ability to conveniently carry three of my Field Notes notebooks at a time. It's simple, high quality, and looks great when carrying around the city and stopping for quick writing breaks. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to get all three Field Notes notebooks in there, but after carefully studying the included product photos on its product page, was able to figure it out.Carrying around three Field Notes at a time is not as big of a pain as I thought it would be. The notebook still fits nicely in my back pocket, even with skinny jeans, and that's including a pen held on by the band that goes around it to keep it closed. I enjoy the rough leather on the inside and how the leather on the outside gets beautifully worn during regular usage. It is really starting to look like my own, personal notebook.PROS:1) Simple, easy to use.2) Looks fantastic.3) Holds three Field Notes notebooks easily, without straining the band used to keep it all closed.4) Also easily holds a pen to the outside of the notebook using the band.5) Perfect fit for Field Notes. No hanging out the edge and not too much extra leather beyond where the Field Notes go.CONS:1) Some may not like how easy the leather shows wear, but it really makes it look unique.2) Vertical band for holding Field Notes can make it difficult to write close to the margins without tearing through pages.Overall I'm super happy with my purchase. It encourages me to write more because I enjoy it so much, even taking it out-and-about with me more often than I previously took notebooks.
