Brand new in box! - Electrician

I've searched locally and could only find refurbished switches at twice the price. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the old switch that was held in place with one of those screws that couldn't be removed. I want to update the panel due to fire hazard (see youtube). That's the only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars.
