Keeps guacamole fresh for days
This guacamole holder is priced at around $12. It's very big and 3 avocados won't even fill it halfway. A smaller size would be nice. It's easy to use and works well once you know how to seal it properly. To squeeze out all the air when the lid comes in contact with the guac, you need to shake the lid a little and you will hear the air escaping. You can then adjust it to sit flat. It takes a little practice. One of the other products available has a small "hole" that allows air to escape, which is a good idea.
