Works well on several types of doors in my house including a hideaway door into the eaves for storage that had a very thin gap. A big bonus of the brush style draft stopper is that it is more compressible than the solid rubber/silicone ones. It will require more effort to close the respective door, but that is arguably a good thing as it means a tighter seal. Do note that perhaps at the risk of a shorter lifespan for high traffic areas, to me it's well worth having to replace (when I do) as installation is quite easy.
