Bringing the magnifier into working mode is carried out by the simplest manipulation, by unfolding it. After use, it is also easy to retract to its original position. The magnifying glass is completely made of plastic. There are no glass elements. In the event of careless handling or dropping, there is a high probability of deformation or damage. Requires careful handling. The backlight is turned on by manually moving the switch. The neon light is quite bright. The loupe has a claimed 30x magnification. In my subjective opinion, the actual parameters do not correspond to the declared ones, but in order to make out the mint mark on a coin or a sample on a piece of jewelry, the magnification is enough. When used, it takes getting used to and adjustment. This magnifier is more suitable for occasional use.
