Great for anyone who gets hot flashes!
It's winter, it's cold, and you want to be warm, but then TOO WARM. Hot flashes are the worst but thrilled to find this blanket, I keep it above the covers, above my head on another pillow, when I get one I just pull it down over me and its instant chill, it lasts for about 15 minutes then still stays cool but not as cool. Then I put it back aobve my pillow and let it "recharge" while I warm back up under the covers. Im looking forward to summer, will update my revoew then.
