is very easy to set up and just toss in my pool and then plug in. I love this little float feature as it takes quite a long time to drain the water. With the float, I know it will stop when the water level is low enough (to make sure I've even tried holding the float to make sure it works before leaving her alone) she gets the job done without Attention and gives me peace of mind that this pump will shut off if it dries up so the motor cannot be protected. My next project is to research how to connect a garden hose to a pump outlet so I can reuse water for my garden instead of wasting it. It's pretty powerful, but I don't know how to measure it.
