Not sticky like jb weld. I broke off two small pieces from an old potbellied stove trying to open the firebox. There wasn't a good way of holding the pieces where they needed to be to reattach them. Although I had to cure and dry a piece and it looked like I could use it, it fell apart before I could dry it. I will try again but it is not easy to work with and very brittle before heat setting. I can buy JB Weld's high temperature product if I can't hold it. I am extremely disappointed. This suggests this is for repairing cracks and not breaks, but I was really hoping this would work.
