My team has been able fix bugs quicker then any manual process of reviewing individual records would have taken time wise! This tool helps us get what questions needed answered quickly within 1 hour after input instead waiting 2 weeks before manually creating queries using excel spreadsheets - not realistic when working full shift each month. The benefits include increased customer satisfaction from quick answer requests received through their service agent during hours spent away form client calls thus increasing call resolution percentages!! It is a very good tool for marketing analysis. It gives you detailed information about your customers and lets you analyse it in the right way.
