Good raincoat in my opinion
I live in the Seattle area. As most people know, it rains quite often here. The coat is light and comfortable to wear. I let my little sister carry it almost every day because she doesn't like taking an umbrella with her. In a coat she comes home easier and does not freeze. It's been raining for a week in a row, the coat doesn't let her get wet as usual!
