I broke or sprained all my fingers so getting these relaxing fingers was like a fresh start and in my head I had low expectations so if it helped a little i would be happy but as i have been to many manual doctors as well as manual tricks i found on youtube. I knew this product helped some people, but I'm just giving my opinion. Eventually I started bandaging my fingers and wrists and it helped a lot but after playing I used Edward's scissor hands handheld massagers to help me recover and they were on my fingers the whole time because I was still playing. to play sports at a high level and didn't feel like I was recovering at all. It seemed fake and a waste of money. Someone will find answers to help broken fingers.
