Good value, but stopped charging after two months - so is it really a good value?
My dad really liked these, however after a couple of months, one of them stopped charging. I could not reach the support team, even though it comes with a one year warranty. So should we consider these as disposable? I would like a customer support number or site. No such thing exists and so far my efforts to contact the company have been in vain.
