These are single style socket and switch faceplates

They are supplied individually boxed with painted screws pre-installed. I used them to transition from the standard round sockets to the new decorative Z-Wave rectangular sockets. They also fit other sockets and switches than the Zwave Decora, but I didn't need them for that. The plastic is matte and the screw holes line up with the new bushings as expected. Invisible in a good sense!
