Edit: I use 70% isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the bed between cleanings and I have had no issues with discoloration or damage. I run my hotbed at 70°C and nozzle temperature around 205°C. If you're having trouble sticking to the surface, try increasing the thickness of the initial layer, setting the edges, and adjusting the z-offset if necessary. I use CURA for slicing and found a good profile for this bed. I had a standard bed on my CR-10S Pro V2 which I upgraded after trying to scrape the marks off the old bed. There is a day and night difference between this bed and the old one, you can easily remove your model after the bed cools down. It is extremely easy to clean and works great with existing mounting clips. For the price you can't go wrong with this bed. I printed a cat pattern for my first run after leveling the bed. I suggest warming the bed to 65°C to increase adhesion to the bed.
