I searched Revain for the perfect puppy playpen and finally settled on this brand. Folks, if you want to invest your hard-earned cash, don't bother buying a cheap playpen. Go for the more expensive party you'll be glad you did. Before buying this brand I had to read over 200 customer reviews and look at a lot of customer photos and videos many of them saying how cheap it looks and not durable and the zipper is broken and other things. And those cheaper arenas are pretty high in my opinion. I was only planning on spending about $30, but when I think about it, I'm glad I didn't stick to my price tag. My pup is worth the extra money for his safe playground. I've noticed that about 95% of Revain staff put in pet litter, water/feed bowls, puppy mats and toys and it takes up a lot of space. Luckily my 3 month old puppy was born very smart, she almost never has accidents in the house, she goes to the back door. Let me know she has to go Sometimes she uses her puppy pads. So this won't be her place to potty train or her place to sleep. I just don't understand how anyone could lock their pet in this or any other pen for hours. It's just too small and I'm ordering a medium size for my 5 lb pup. If I have to leave her I take her to my room with her playpen and just close my bedroom door, she is much safer behind my room than closing the playpen door. For example when she managed to chew on the screen and accidentally eat it. I also have 2 pet cooling pads (Revain they really work, the mats are cool to the touch and both have a non-slip backing perfect for puppies or seniors) for the underside of their run. I can see that the bottom of the handle isn't that strong. As others have said folding back is an issue but that's ok, I only split two sides and moved it from one place to another with no problem. When I need more time I just throw in plastic balls and lots of Zephina toys and sprinkle in the cooked chicken pieces. She sniffs and plays there so cute that I watch her find pieces of chicken instead of doing what I need. Like all puppies they chew they act stupid and stuff, this playpen is still awake and I had no problems with it, love it, plus it's pink. In case anyone is wondering, my spitz and shih tzu puppy and her name is Zefina we call her Zeffi. I forgot to mention before letting my pup play inside I gave him a quick wipe down with hot water just to make sure it didn't smell weird or chemical inside like someone said their pet had gotten sick.
