My money wasted, product is terrible.
I didn't send it back since I assembled the chair from scratch, and when I got to the part where I had to figure out how to mount the gas lift, I discovered that it wasn't working. In the event that you need to return something, you will have to wait ten days for them to determine the reason. Therefore, I had no choice but to shell out some cash and acquire a new gas lift.
