The lift on this is terrible, I bought it thinking it would handle about 14FT of head through 1/2" tubing no problem. I was terribly wrong. The flow on this pump is extremely high, at the tradeoff of what you might call "torque". On the other hand I have to commend this product for how quiet it is and the solid build quality. May find a use for it in the future, but it didn't get the job done - an impeller pump that pulls half the power and is half the size outdid this pump five fold in the "lift/head" spec.
