Yep, even the smallest pill worked for me!

I never write a review but I had to this time. I take these nerve pills I’m on a low dose - still feel strong, so I was trying to find a way to cut them in half.THEN this brilliant device came to my hands and the rest is history I love it and I am feeling much better without compromising the other halves - it does not turn into powder or anything. 10/10 give this a shot!

Pros

Works great for cutting up small pills for my cat. I only wish it would come apart to clean it better

Cons

The keychain pill holder is made of cheap materials and can break easily
