I wanted to try these because they cost ten times less than similar rock bolts at Lowes. God what a bummer, the first one I tried to put in broke my wall and didn't even stay inside. Sure, my walls are 30 years old, but they shouldn't be! For the price, I'll tell you to try them, but be careful not to try them in an important area. Maybe try your basement and see. I can't understand why they don't work as well as the big store. Maybe the plastic is cheap and too malleable. Lowes' goes straight ahead and stays there.
