We have been using this software since 2016 with no problems so far! The support team are always willing an able help you whenever needed but they also keep in contact via email when necessary or even over chat if it’s quicker than speaking directly through Skype (which can be slow). There isn't much I dislike about everything we've used thusfar because each product has had its pros/cons which makes choosing what works best very difficult especially considering there's nothing wrong at all - just different products available outthere like Holconnect etc.. If anything comes up within our booking system then customer service will get back straight away without any additional questions asked by us first!! Our main focus was creating more transparency between ourselves AND guests / clients whilst increasing sales too.
