Sharpening angles are all wrong

The wheels in the 15 and 20 degree sharpening slots sharpen the knife at completely different angles on either side. I read all the instructions, I applied them correctly. I'm very glad I started with an unnecessary knife. He was corrupted. The final stage grinding wheels are plastic, so running the tip of the blade past them will damage them instantly. After a print.
