I took the tool out of the box, pulled down the neck collar to get a closer look at the bit and immediately the spring on the other side of the collar popped out. I will add that the ball bearing holding the racquet also fell out when this happened. I had to spend 10 minutes looking for a tiny tool ball bearing that broke less than sixty seconds after opening it. As far as I can tell there is no good or easy way to get the spring back on the correct side of the tool. waste of money. Even if I manage to fix it I will return it.
