Pros: Price, range Cons: No ANSI tolerances and/or head pin sizes. I'm not sure if this is a metric, but it's definitely not ANSI tolerances. The only reason I bought this was to get a solid 3/8" diameter, 1" weight cotter pin head for the connecting coupler. Learn that all 3/8" pins are .385" in diameter and will not fit. Cap pins must be 0.005 inch under the nominal size. For reference, I measured with calipers: 0.467 inches
