This review doesn't apply to the Wyze connector which works great in its own app. This test is about using the Alexa service, which should work with this device but never worked. Bought because they should work with Alexa. Set them up according to the instructions and the wyze app will find them every time with no problems. Works well in the Wyze app and is very responsive. However, the Alexa app CAN find the device first, but immediately reports that the device is not responding. When Alexa asks for the Wyze connector, she reports that the device was not found. When Alexa asks to turn on/off the plug with the name listed in the device list in the Alexa app, Alexa responds that she can't find a device with that name. The plugin is always listed as unresponsive in the Alexa devices list, even though it works EXACTLY as promised in the wyze app. I bought these to use with Alexa instead of pulling out my phone, opening an app and pressing a button. It's faster to use a switch than to use a phone. Come on Raven! What's happening!
