Very easy to install and use but definitely NOT rated for 15 amps as advertised. I had a 12 amp pull on this plug and noticed the plastic started to melt. It could have been very dangerous if I hadn't noticed. So if you have low-powered devices, you should be fine. Above 10 amps, be careful and check the plug regularly.

Promotes Alexa compatibility. What they don't mention is that you must first download their app, leave your contact details, agree to the privacy policy, and share your location (and who knows what else I entered at this point) to complete the setup. suspect they are monetizing information. There's no reason they need all that just to keep the smart plug functional.

I bought these connectors because I already had a Wyze camera to monitor our 3D printer and needed a 'switch' for the printer, in case something doesn't work We don't walk like we see on camera when we're far away. Decided to try these as an upgrade to old socket timers. One for the coffee pot and one for the lamp. It's pretty easy to set up, but not immediately intuitive for non-technical types.
