Disappointgly different from product a few of years ago.

Purchased this new Thermalon neck heating pad to replace an old Thermalon (which was GREAT). This version is so much different, and the most disappointing thing is that the bead-filled area is significantly shorter than the old one. Thus, it does not drape across the collarbone and front of the neck. In addition, I found the three-pocket design resulted in it lifting in the back. Definitely a return. On the positive, the cover and strings are MUCH softer than old ones.

i think for the price and that it does last long the heat- i gave mine to my mom- but i may get one for me. good deal
