I use this to connect my laptop and PC to a docking station (keyboard, mouse, headphones, 2 monitors). I use a switch between laptop and PC so I can use the same keyboard, mouse, headphones and monitors. Everything works fine as long as I'm not using Microsoft Teams or doing something that requires additional video processing. During this time, my screen freezes, goes black, and then turns on again. This is repeated many times. This doesn't happen when I'm just checking email, surfing the web, etc. I've tried unplugging the USB cables, but that doesn't help.
