Review on Huthbrother by Michael Harden

My recent experience with Huthbroser was less than satisfactory, and this is from someone who frequently shops online for patio, lawn, and garden items. They have a fair number of items to choose from, but they can't hold a candle to the competition when it comes to service or speed of delivery. Huthbrother's opaque shipping policies stood out to me as a major departure from other online retailers. While other retailers give reliable shipping and delivery estimates, customers of Huthbrother often have to wait considerably longer than expected for their orders. Furthermore, their support staff has a lot of room for improvement. A prior reviewer pointed out that customer service is often unhelpful and condescending when trying to resolve problems with orders or products. This inexcusable disregard for their clientele should discourage any consideration of future business. Overall, Huthbrother has a decent assortment of products, but they fall short in customer service and shipping when compared to the competition. As a buyer, I want to have faith in the products I buy and trust in the business that sells them to me. Unfortunately, dealing with Huthbrother was an unpleasant experience for me.
