Review on Wuloo Intercoms Wireless for Home - 5280ft Range, 10 Channel 3 Code, Intercom System for House, Business, Office - Expandable with 1 Unit (Original intercom System) by Jeff Driscoll

I tried to set it up as a simple home intercom. Easy to set channels and codes. Unfortunately, no matter what code or channel I dialed, I couldn't get through to another department. Only one tone was heard when pressing the talk button. Pressing the "Call" button caused the device I was pressing the button on to ring. Product support is provided via the Facebook page, which will be answered within 12 hours. Almost useless. I would not recommend this product. I didn't have a chance to set up this product right away and since it was returned this intercom will soon end up in the trash. After writing this review, Wuloo contacted me and asked if I watched the installation video. I said yes, and after some back and forth, I convinced her that one of the blocks just wasn't working. Then they sent a new block for free. The new block works perfectly. Due to their efforts to remedy the situation, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
