Great customer service! We bought 6 devices for our house and one was broken. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent a replacement. The exchange worked great! Easy to use product. Very clear reception even from the basement to the second floor bedrooms. Highly recommended.

I read other reviews before purchasing and I don't understand why some say the units are worse. I found them well made, easy to install and the sound quality suited our purposes. Don't expect Bose sound quality, but that's fine. The instructions were not written by someone whose native language is English, but the grammar is clear enough to understand. Just plug them in and they're ready to go!

I tried to set it up as a simple home intercom. Easy to set channels and codes. Unfortunately, no matter what code or channel I dialed, I couldn't get through to another department. Only one tone was heard when pressing the talk button. Pressing the "Call" button caused the device I was pressing the button on to ring. Okay, the woman always screams up the stairs. My god, this is getting on my nerves forever!
