Must be Zero Stars. Arrived so tightly packed that the glue had already set and only the first few inches could be used, but only after it was taken apart with a knife and screwdriver. Of course, this was not known until I repaired a submersible pump and needed a few feet of 3/4 inch shrinkage. Completely useless. Wound into a tight little roll with two tiny holes on the edges. to weave four layers of black gorilla tape onto this splice as I ordered this "premium" product to replenish my supply of 3/4 inch shrink wrap. Big mistake. zero stars.
