As many other reviews have noted, it will take some time to get the screws into poorly threaded holes at first. Worse, the top and bottom didn't fit the device I received, which is annoying but not a big deal. Otherwise, the materials appear to be strong enough for their intended purpose. The wheels in particular are of good quality and have a smooth ride. However, the problem for me is that the two types of wheels are slightly different heights and therefore the platform is not level when in use. Leveling posts could fix this if they were on the low side, but they're on the high side, meaning they can only make it higher than the wheels, and the wheels are already too high. Since it is intended to be used as a mobile base for tools, its low level is simply unacceptable.
