When I tried this product it immediately alleviated my scalp stress and increased blood flow. The bristles are soft and firm enough to target areas that are usually hard to reach .The design itself and easy-to-grip handle are perfect for self-use and do not pull my hair. The only con I can think of is that it did not completely remove my dandruff, but the massage experience alone was enough to make me a customer for life..
