Find a brand that is not made in China

Has 4 locks. The first thing that struck me was that they were made in China. The instructions to create the combo were not easy to follow. The first attempt did not work and the lock could not be reset. It is locked and cannot be opened. Delete this one. Finally I figured out the second lock. The quality is so-so, I don't know about the weather conditions.
