Review on πŸ”§ Optimize your workload mobility with the Heavy Duty Universal Mobile Base BORA Portamate PM-2500 – Ideal for Effortlessly Mobilizing Large Tools, Machines, and More by Justin Sherman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money with only a few minor complaints

I was concerned because the machine I installed on this base weighs 500 pounds. However, the mobile base is rated at 650 pounds. and seems to handle a heavy machine well. It works well, has a low base height and good build quality. Another nice feature of this base is that it falls on its feet when parked, unlike those that rely on wheel locks. Roller locks often do not lock well enough. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions were pretty useless. It had several paragraphs and a microscopic image. Luckily, assembling a mobile base isn't hard math, so most reasonably skilled people should be able to handle it. There is also one feature I wish this base had some sort of crossbar between the foot controls so they can be controlled together in one motion. With a heavy machine like a mine, raising and lowering one corner at a time is tedious and often results in the last corner falling with little impact. Apart from these two small problems I am completely satisfied. Time will tell how it holds up to 500 pounds. If I have any problems with this in the future I will update this review.
