Review on 🔧 Milwaukee 12V Cut-Off Tool (2522-20) - Bare Tool by Bill Lacy

It's light, small and easy to handle. It doesn't spin in your hand when you start it like an angle grinder. It cuts pretty fast. goes straight through the frame nails. A 1/4 inch square material takes a few seconds. However, it will be linked if you don't hold it directly on your cut. So far I've only used it on metal, although I'm interested in using a carbide grinding wheel and shoe on drywall. With a depth gauge and dust collection, it could replace my corded zip tool. Too bad there isn't a vacuum with an M12 hose that you can use with it. Update: I cut drywall with it in a rework situation and it's AMAZING. There's NO dust, it cuts as fast as you can move your hand and there's no risk of cutting wires or pipes. The only tricks are: 1. When you start cutting, you have to lower yourself so that the front of the board touches the wall, and 2. You have to keep the cut absolutely straight or it will get stuck and stop. Only criticism is that the shoes are a bit difficult to put on and take off. You need to turn it just so the guard and washer fit through the hole in the side of the pad.
